Bianca Belair Invites Major WNBA Star To WWE Royal Rumble
Bianca Belair thinks a rising star in the WNBA should experience WWE’s Royal Rumble in Indianapolis.
There are a lot of athletes, actors, musicians, and other celebrities who find their way to WWE shows when the company rolls into town. Sometimes those celebrities are legitimate fans of the business while other times they may not know a thing about WWE.
Bianca Belair is a main event-level performer in WWE who currently holds the Women’s Tag Team Titles with Naomi. Belair is also a legitimate athlete who excelled at track & field in college and also competed in a lot of sports growing up.
Since the 2025 Royal Rumble is in Indianapolis on February 1st, Bianca Belair has Caitlin Clark on her mind. Clark is the WNBA’s Rookie of the Year who starred at the University of Iowa before being drafted by the Indiana Fever of the WNBA. Clark’s popularity has led to massive growth for the WNBA and will likely become one of the biggest stars in the sport over the next 15 years.
During an interview with Tim Battle on the Battleground Podcast, Bianca Belair suggested that Clark come to the Royal Rumble and also mentioned Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky as another WNBA star who should go to the Rumble.
“I’m always like, WWE, we’ve seen crossovers from other athletes, from different influencers, and I’m waiting for that female crossover to happen.
Caitlyn Clark, she’s doing big things, WNBA, they’re doing big things, women over there, she’s a GOAT over there, women are doing big things over in WWE, so why not invite the GOAT over to WWE, where women are doing big things over here? So I wanted to invite Caitlyn Clark, like, ‘Come over to WWE, come join the Royal Rumble.’ That’s what’s exciting about the Royal Rumble. You never know who can show up.
The possibilities are endless when it comes to Royal Rumble, so I’m like, ‘Caitlyn Clark, come on over. You can bring Angel Reese with you too.’ The women are doing big things in WWE, the women are doing big things in WNBA, so why not let both of the worlds collide, let both of the worlds meet?”
It’s unlikely that Clark will be in the Rumble match, but she certainly could make an appearance at the event.
Bianca Belair In Huge Tag Team Matches On WWE Raw And NXT
There was a huge six-woman tag team match on WWE SmackDown on January 24th that saw Bianca Belair team up with Naomi and Rhea Ripley in a losing effort against Nia Jax, Candice LeRae & Liv Morgan.
Belair and Naomi will be against Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez on Raw in Atlanta. At NXT in Atlanta on January 28th, Belair & Naomi will put their Women’s Tag Team Titles against Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson as well.
As for the Royal Rumble, Bianca Belair will be in that match too and she’s rumored to be facing Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 41, so that could mean Belair wins the Rumble for the second time. Belair could also win the Women’s Elimination Chamber match on February 1st. Either way, it sounds like Belair has a huge 2025 ahead of her.
