Becky Lynch Declares She’s Achieved Huge Championship Milestone

Becky Lynch with Raw Women's Championship

Becky Lynch has declared that she has reached a significant milestone as she looks to cement her dominance of the WWE women’s division.

At SummerSlam in Las Vegas, Becky Lynch made her WWE return to the joy of fans all around the world. The original plan was for Sasha Banks to challenge Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, however, the ‘Boss’ was unable to compete.

Following the announcement that Banks would not be appearing in the Allegiant Stadium, it was revealed that her replacement in the match would be Carmella. Before the bout could begin, though, Becky Lynch made her long-awaited return to a huge ovation from the crowd. Lynch took care of Carmella before challenging Belair for the title.

Belair accepted and Lynch made short work of the ‘EST’ of WWE, claiming victory and the championship in only 26 seconds.

Before her huge SummerSlam return, ‘The Man’s last WWE appearance had been on the May 11th, 2020 episode of Raw. There, she informed Asuka, who had won the Money in the Bank briefcase the previous night, that instead of a contract for a title match, she had in fact won the WWE Raw Women’s Championship which Lynch had at that point held for 399 days. This was due to Lynch having to relinquish the title as she was taking time away from the company due to her pregnancy.

Now Lynch has taken to Twitter to inform the world that she’s reached a massive milestone in her career.

“I’ve been champion every active day I’ve been with WWE since Wrestlemania 35. Today marks #Becky500, and that is so very cool. Won’t be ending anytime soon either.”

Becky Lynch will hope to extend her reign even further when she defends her Raw Women’s Championship against Liv Morgan on the December 6th episode of Raw.
