Bayley Wants More Women’s Titles In WWE

Bayley WWE

Bayley thinks that WWE’s women’s division would benefit from even more gold.

Currently, there are fifteen titles across WWE’s three main brands. Of these fifteen, five are women’s titles with one women’s singles title for each brand (Raw, SmackDown, and NXT) and two sets of women’s tag titles one for RAW and SmackDown and one for NXT.

Additionally, there is also the 24/7 Championship, which has become an intergender title with the likes of Alexa Bliss, Carmella, and the current Champion, Dana Brooke, having now held the title.

Despite the titles available to compete for, one of the most prolific champions of the division, Bayley, believes it wouldn’t hurt to have a mid-card championship to fight for.

Speaking to SportsKeeda Wrestling, Bayley, who has won both the RAW and SmackDown women’s singles titles and the main roster tag titles, thinks that the women’s roster should have their own version of an Intercontinental or United States title.

“It wouldn’t hurt. It would be nice to have another title, but I think it’s just going to take time, you know? When we wanted those Women’s Tag Team Titles, it took a long time and it took someone actually fighting for them. So, if that’s what we want, someone has to stand up for it and really fight for it and prove that it’s going to be a benefit to the division.”
