Bayley Makes Extremely Personal Confession: “If It Happens, It Happens”
Bayley is at an interesting period in life.
At only 36 years old, she is one of the veteran superstars on the WWE roster, currently part of a tag team scenario with Lyra Valkyria, a former Women’s Intercontinental Champion.
On the January 12 episode of Raw, the duo was featured in a triple threat match against the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) and The Judgment Day (Liv Morgan & Roxanne Perez).
With a mix of experienced and young performers, the match produced fast-paced action with several near falls for all the teams involved.
It was ultimately the women of Judgment Day stealing the win after Morgan hit Sane with her Oblivion finisher.
Earlier in the year, Bayley was pulled from her WrestleMania 41 tag team title match and was replaced by the returning Becky Lynch.
A few months down the line, she underwent a character change, where she was shown battling a personality disorder, often engaging in a conversation with her alter ego.
While that persona is still active, it occurs in flashes and lacks consistency.
Bayley Addresses A Future Involving Children
Bayley recently appeared on the What’s Your Story? With Stephanie McMahon podcast, where she candidly discussed her plans in life and whether or not she wants to have children.
She admitted that she was open to having children. However, she also conceded that things don’t always go as planned, and if having kids was fate, then it would happen.
I do, yeah. I mean, now I’m at an age where like, now I’m kind of open. You know, if it happens, it happens. I’m not dating anybody. But if I were to meet someone, say I met someone today and they wanted to have kids, it’s not like I could just be like, ‘Let’s do it.’ You know, I want to be with somebody that if I was going to commit to them, I need to make sure they’re fit for that.
I’ve always thought that I would have kids growing up, but I don’t know if that was because it’s like, ‘Oh, it’s the thing to do’ or that’s just what life is. And then as I started getting older and realizing what I want out of a relationship and stuff, then I’m like, ‘Okay, well, if it happens, it happens.’ But I think I’ll be okay if not.
