Bad News! Heartbreaking Update On Stephanie Vaquer’s Injury

WWE is facing an injury concern when it comes to some of the top champions in the company currently. Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio has been out with an injury for the last few weeks, and it seems another champion is set to miss some weeks.

The Women’s World Champion, Stephanie Vaquer, has been a fighting champion ever since she won the belt at last year’s WrestlePalooza event, where she defeated IYO SKY.

She put her title on the line on 2025’s last episode of RAW in a triple threat match against Raquel Rodriguez and Nikki Bella, where she injured her left ankle.

Stephanie Vaquer’s injury seems to be more serious than intially anticipated

Since the beginning of 2026, she has been sporting a walking boot in all her appearances, but her injury might’ve been worsened given all of Raquel’s attacks on the champion.

She has targeted Stephanie Vaquer’s injured ankle for the last two weeks and she stated on tonight’s episode that she isn’t cleared to compete currently and it isn’t yet clear how long she’s going to be out for.
