AJ Lee Comes To Former WWE Champion’s Aid On RAW

AJ Lee made her long-awaited return to WWE RAW tonight and immediately made her presence known on tonight’s show. She made her first appearance since Survivor Series tonight.

She interrupted Becky Lynch’s opening segment and stated that she returned tonight to support Maxxine Dupri in her grudge match against Nattie on Monday Night RAW.

Lee has been a huge supporter of Maxxine Dupri and had earlier helped her win the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship from Becky Lynch at Madison Square Garden as well.

Maxxine and Nattie got their match off to a hard-hitting start, which saw them exchange big blows with each other. However, as the match progressed, Nattie gained the upper hand.

She proceeded to dominate Maxxine with her big strikes and ultimately got herself disqualified, but caused more damage to Dupri. She caught her in a sharpshooter on the announce table and didn’t let go.

Dupri was screaming in pain, but Nattie held on till AJ Lee came to Maxxine’s aid, following which Nattie left the hold and exited the ringside area. Lee helped Maxxine to the back, but she was subject to a cheap attack from Becky Lynch, who pushed AJ into the ring post.
