An AEW star suffered a legitimate injury during their title match on Sunday.

At Dynasty, The Dogs put their World Trios Championships on the line against The Conglomeration after David Finlay, Gabe Kidd, and Clark Connors defeated JetSpeed & Mistico to become the new champions on Collision.

After the match, Roderick Strong and Orange Cassidy appeared on the screen and challenged The Dogs for the titles at the pay-per-view in Vancouver.

Just before the match, Kyle O’Reilly was revealed as the third member by the babyfaces.

The bout also witnessed intense action, ending with The Conglomeration being crowned the champions after O’Reilly made Connors tap out.

Gabe Kidd Legitimately Injured At AEW Dynasty

As entertaining as the match was between The Dogs and The Conglomeration, it suffered a casualty in the form of Gabe Kidd.

According to a report by Fightful Select, at some point during the bout, Kidd sustained an injury and was taken to the back by medical professionals.

The report also claimed that Kidd was seen holding his wrist while making the exit. The remainder of the match was carried out on the fly; it has yet to come to light if the main outcome was changed due to Kidd’s injury.
