Adam Pearce Hints At Possible WWE Firing

Following two consecutive WWE Raw tapings, general manager Adam Pearce has found himself in deep water.

Over the last couple of weeks, Pearce has found himself in the crosshairs with The Vision, especially Bron Breakker.

On January 12, the two almost came to blows after Breakker defied the 47-year-old’s order of not interfering in a tag team match featuring Penta and Dragon Lee.

Breakker also put his hands on Adam Pearce, which resulted in his indefinite suspension. The 28-year-old missed the January 19 edition of the red brand, but by the end of it, Pearce was seen talking to Paul Heyman about inviting Breakker back next week.

Paul Heyman has meanwhile maintained that it was Pearce who provoked Bron Breakker by touching him first, which is true.

Elsewhere, Pearce shared a black & white picture of himself with Paul Heyman from the latest episode of Raw on his Instagram account, which contained a cryptic message, possibly hinting at his potential firing, that read:

You don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone.

The Vision is not the only problem Adam Pearce has been dealing with recently.

Another faction with which he has often found himself at odds is The New Day. The former tag team champions have been sour since losing their titles in late June 2025.

On January 19, the trio of Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Grayson Waller approached Pearce, demanding a tag team title match, currently held by The Usos.

Instead of giving them a direct match, Pearce put them in a 4-way qualifying match to determine the #1 contenders.

Later, Kingston took to his X account, calling out Pearce for the mistreatment of his faction members.
