WWE Confirms Women’s WarGames For Survivor Series

Bianca Belair Bayley WWE

WarGames is coming to Survivor Series and the first women to be announced for one of the double-ring cage matches have been revealed following WWE Raw.

The feud between Bayley and Bianca Belair stretches back to SummerSlam when The Role Model made her return to WWE screens following more than a year on the shelf due to injury. However, when she returned, Bayley didn’t come alone. She was instead accompanied by IYO SKY from NXT and Dakota Kai who made a shocking return to the company.

The trio has since become known as Damage CTRL and at Clash at the Castle, they picked up a big win over Belair, Alexa Bliss, and Asuka. Bayley has failed in her quest so far to unseat Bianca Belair as Raw Women’s Champion with The EST of WWE picking up two big wins at Extreme Rules and Crown Jewel.

Meanwhile, Alexa Bliss and Asuka have traded the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with Kai and SKY with the Damage CTRL duo winning that title back in Saudi Arabia.

On Raw in Wilkes-Barre Bianca Belair challenged Bayley’s group to end their feud with WarGames at Survivor Series. Nikki Cross – who cost Bliss and Asuka their championship at Crown Jewel – will join Damage CTRL for the bout but with teams of five expected for WarGames, more competitors are sure to be announced before the show.
