Amid his recent arrest and release, WWE superstar Ludwig Kaiser has continued receiving support from fans and industry veterans.

On May 20, the German wrestler was arrested in Florida by the local police authorities.

His arrest came after an individual had filed a complaint against him following an altercation that occurred between them on April 23. The man named Richard Reap claimed that he told Kaiser and his girlfriend, Andrea Bazarte, to “please have some manners,” which led to Kaiser physically assaulting him.

Ludwig Kaiser was later released after posting a $1,000 bond. The 35-year-old has also pleaded ‘not guilty.’

Kaiser, whose real name is Marcel Barthel, was previously a member of Imperium alongside Gunther and Giovanni Vinci. He currently competes as the masked luchador El Grande Americano on the Raw main roster as well as in AAA Lucha Libre.

Kaiser is scheduled to compete in arguably his biggest match on May 30, where he will face the “Original” El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) at Noche de Los Grandes in Monterrey, New Mexico, in a Mask vs. Mask match.

It was also recently reported by False Finish that WWE was not planning on reprimanding Kaiser.

WWE Legend Jim Cornette Comes To Ludwig Kaiser’s Support

WWE veteran manager Jim Cornette is known for his no-nonsense verbiage, be it on screen or during an episode of his YouTube podcast, The Jim Cornette Experience.

The 64-year-old recently discussed Ludwig Kaiser’s arrest in Orlando, which he heavily criticized while using a ton of expletives as he came down heavily on the complainant.

But the point is, the f**king guy in the elevator. Whether he was bothered by them kissing, it wasn’t a blow**b. Was anybody naked? What is his problem anyway? But I guarantee you that the verbiage, and this will come out probably, hopefully, when they adjudicate this thing. If they don’t just outright dismiss it, I guarantee you the verbiage was not ‘please.’

That’s probably not the first word. And it certainly wasn’t all the words, because this is a guy that probably f**king bowed up and f**king said some s**t he shouldn’t have said. To start something with Kaiser for Kaiser to leave what he was doing, which was obviously more fun. And what he was about to do, and to go and godd*** punch this f**king guy out. Ludwig Kaiser Makes First Appearance After Arrest

The last several days have bound to weigh heavily on Ludwig Kaiser, who never had any legal troubles earlier.

During the legal process, his lawyers asked for leniency in terms of Kaiser’s international travel, which was seemingly granted because he was able to attend a free fan event in Mexico City called “Serenata Para: El Grande Americano” (A Serenade for El Grande Americano) on Thursday, May 21.

During the event, Kaiser, dressed as El Grande Americano, failed to hold back his tears as the fans serenaded him with chants of support. Later, his girlfriend also shared an Instagram post, calling herself his #1 fan.
