WWE Star Set For Another Absence After Serious Injury

One WWE star who missed months from the ring in 2025 could be set for another long injury layoff.

On the February 17th edition of NXT, the brand’s new General Manager, Robert Stone, confirmed that Jaida Parker suffered a neck injury during her bout with Blake Monroe and is currently out of action. That wasn’t the only bad news for Parker, as Stone also confirmed that she was suspended for attacking a referee during her chaotic brawl with Monroe.

WWE Star Suffers Suplex Trauma?

It seems that the injury occurred during a wild match that ended in a double count-out after both competitors continued brawling outside the ring. At one point, Monroe hoisted Parker up for a suplex, but the move went wrong. Parker was driven down awkwardly, landing head-first on impact. Despite the dangerous landing, she continued the match until its abrupt conclusion.

Parker had only recently returned to television after being absent throughout much of the fall and winter of 2025. Tensions escalated with Monroe immediately on her comeback, with the two stars even involved in a physical altercation outside the Performance Center.

With Parker recovering and suspended, questions remain about when she’ll return to NXT.
