WWE completed its European leg of the tour with Paris, France, on Monday.

During the WWE Raw taping, the commentators revealed that the first-ever Sunday Night’s Main Event would take place on September 6 from State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

Like Saturday Night’s Main Event, it would be a special produced by the Stamford promotion, although this time during Labor Day weekend on Sunday.

The promotion officially confirmed the event with a tweet on X.

The tickets for the show would go on sale on Friday, June 12, at 10 AM ET/7 AM PT via Ticketmaster.com. Fans can also buy tickets during an exclusive presale starting Thursday, June 11, at the same time until 11:59 PM ET.

Atlanta was host to Saturday Night’s Main Event in July 2025, which was headlined by Goldberg challenging for Gunther’s World Heavyweight Championship. It was also Goldberg’s final match, where he lost after passing out to The Ring General’s chokehold.

WWE Money In The Bank Was Scheduled On September 6

Before WWE announced Sunday Night’s Main Event, the company’s calendar had Money In the Bank locked in for September 6.

While MITB has previously taken place in July mostly, it was announced in October 2025 that the 2026 PLE would be held in September at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.

However, now, the Money in the Bank PLE has been further moved to October 10 but will be hosted in the same city.

The company released an official press release, announcing the new date for MITB.

New Orleans to host Money in the Bank on Saturday, October 10
