This WWE Hall of Famer recently commented on Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch has had a rollercoaster few months in WWE of late. She first lost her Women’s Intercontinental Title to Maxxine Dupri after interference from rival AJ Lee in late 2025.

Becky called out “corruption” in WWE and claimed her lawyers were on the case against her wrongdoers to bring her justice.

She won the title back on the Netflix anniversary episode of Raw earlier this year by cheating and holding the ropes, pinning Dupri.

Becky is a heel and continues to draw heat by regularly calling herself the greatest female wrestler of all time…and it’s not just her saying it, she claims. Sports Illustrated and Bleacher Report say it too, says Lynch.

The two women who share a lot of history went over many topics when Becky Lynch’s name came up.

Trish mentions Becky’s Greatest Female Wrestler” crown from Sports Illustrated and cheekily takes a dig at it, saying she’s been called that by Sports Illustrated.

Trish Stratus: With the greatest, Becky Lynch. What is she called? Some call her.

Stephanie McMahon: It’s not just her saying it.

Trish Stratus: No, it’s not just her saying it. No, no. But I’ve also been called that as well, I’m just saying. Sports Illustrated.

Stephanie McMahon: Yeah, that’s true. Sports Illustrated said it.
