WWE Legend Debuts New Gimmick At Royal Rumble; Eliminates Becky Lynch

WWE Women’s Royal Rumble was off to a quick start tonight in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The match kicked off the event with former Women’s Tag Team Champions, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, coming out in the number one and two spots.

The tag partners worked well for a little bit together before Bliss was eliminated from the match by her tag team partner, Charlotte Flair. The match then saw the debut of a new gimmick in the rumble.

WWE legend Natalya debuted her new gimmick in the company and came out as Nattie during the match. She had shown signs of bringing the persona to the Stamford-based promotion in the last few weeks.

Nattie eliminated Becky Lynch from the WWE Women’s Rumble

Nattie had been feuding with Maxxine Dupri after she cost her the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Becky Lynch. Maxxine, caught between Becky and Nattie, was eliminated by The Man.

However, Becky’s celebration was cut extremely short by the WWE legend, as Nattie took out the former Women’s World Champion as she cemented her place in the match.
