WWE Issues A Statement After Beloved Star’s Injury On RAW

WWE has issued a statement following the injury of a beloved star on WWE RAW ahead of WrestleMania.

Tonight on RAW, Cathy Kelley was scheduled to interview the Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer ahead of La Primera’s title match against Liv Morgan at WrestleMania.

However, Liv Morgan launched a surprise attack on her rival, accidentally shoving Vaquer into Kelley. After security separated the two WrestleMania opponents, officials were seen helping an injured Kelley to the back.

Later on the show, Michael Cole provided an update on Kelley’s condition, stating that she would be ok.

We have a quick update on our broadcast colleague Cathy Kelley, who was involved in the cross fire of that Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer fight moments ago. She’s been attended to by the trainers but it looks like everything is going to be ok.

WWE Wishes Cathy Kelley A Speedy Recovery

WWE’s official X account shared a video of Kelley crying in pain as she was being helped to the back by officials. The company noted that even the beloved interviewer got caught in the fight between Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer.

The company then wished Kelley a speedy recovery. The video was quickly reposted by the injured WWE star.
