[Watch] Danhausen’s Bizarre Backstage Interaction With Bella Twins On WWE SmackDown
Danhausen’s antics have caught the WWE fans’ eyes recently, and he has been a polarising figure, to say the least.
Danhausen was revealed as the wrestler inside the mystery crate that WWE teased going into the Elimination Chamber PLE on Feb 28. The wrestler has a goth-style gimmick that is part-satirical and part-goofy, something that has divided the WWE Universe, with some getting the idea and others completely confused by the hype.
Since his debut, Danhausen has been appearing weekly on both Raw and SmackDown, first appearing on Raw and cursing Dominik Mysterio backstage, which in turn ended badly for Dirty Dom as he lost his Intercontinental Title to Penta that night.
Danhausen then appeared on SmackDown looking for a mentor. General Manager Nick Aldis assigned The Miz the responsibility, but Miz was less than pleased.
With the threat of his misfortune-bringing curse, the goth character tried to force The Miz to mentor him. He then appeared this past Friday on SmackDown again, before Miz was set to interview Grammy-winning musician Jelly Roll, who would be the special guest on Miz TV later in the show. When Miz denied mentoring him, Danhausen cursed The A-lister, who later got accidentally clobbered by Jelly Roll in the Miz TV segment.
Danhausen Interacts With WWE Hall of Famers, The Bella Twins, Backstage
In a video shared by WWE on X, Danhausen can be seen bumping into Nikki Bella, one-half of the Bella twins, and greeting her before turning around to be faced with the other.
Danhausen then concludes that they are, in fact, clones, ending the segment bizarrely.
