3-Time WWE Champion Challenges Trish Stratus To Dream Match
Trish Stratus has been challenged by a former WWE Women’s Champion to a dream match.
Since retiring from professional wrestling in 2006, Stratus has made sporadic appearances, even reuniting with Lita during Raw’s 15th Anniversary special and making a guest appearance on the red brand’s 25th Anniversary episode in 2018.
She is a former 7-time Women’s Champion and retired in that capacity after beating Lita at the 2006 Unforgiven pay-per-view.
For her contributions to WWE and the wrestling business, in general, she was inducted into the company’s Hall of Fame in 2013 by Stephanie McMahon.
Trish Stratus last competed inside the squared circle at the 2025 Evolution PLE, which returned for the first time since debuting in 2018.
Here, she challenged Tiffany Stratton, who was the then-Women’s Champion. Despite having not competed in a singles match since 2023, Stratus produced magical moments that brought back feelings of nostalgia for many fans worldwide while helping Stratton solidify her position at the top.
Later, she revealed the reason behind her return, claiming that for her, it was about defying expectations.
WWE’s Natalya Challenges Trish Stratus For A Match
Like Trish Stratus, Natalya is a veteran of the sport, although some might fairly argue that her experience goes far beyond.
Regardless, she has carved her own path in the industry despite belonging to one of the most reputable families in the wrestling business.
The 3-time former WWE Women’s Champion referenced herself as ‘Nattie,’ which is her alter ego. The character is quite vicious from her Natalya persona, as evidenced by her various matches in the independent circuit and AAA Lucha Libre.
Speaking on the Cruz Control Podcast Network, the 43-year-old claimed that Stratus might be able to beat Natalya, but does not stand a chance against Nattie.
Stratus, who turned 50 in December, has yet to respond.
