Former WWE And AEW Wrestlers Join IMPACT Wrestling (Spoiler)

IMPACT Wrestling

Violent By Design is about to become even more dominant in IMPACT Wrestling.

The Violent By Design faction was launched in late 2020 when Eric Young and Joe Doering joined forces, and since then, VBD has dominated the landscape of IMPACT Wrestling, also working alongside talents such as Rhino and Deaner – the former no longer being involved.

However, things with the stable are a bit shaky at the moment with Doering currently undergoing cancer treatment. As a result, Young and Deaner are now the last two remaining in VBD, and this has forced “The World Class Maniac” to beef us the depth of the faction.

According to reports that have leaked out of IMPACT Wrestling’s Last Vegas TV tapings, Konnor and Alan Angels have been made new additions to VBD. With the intel, it’s stating that former AEW star Angels joined the stable during the first night of tapings, helping out both Deaner and Young in their smashing of Sami Callihan.

With former WWE Superstar Konnor, who officially now goes by the ring name of Big Kon, PWInsider is reporting that IMPACT has added him to their roster on a full-time basis, and though information is pointing in this direction, it doesn’t appear that he has officially joined up with Violent By Design as of yet.

With what we know now, the potential is there for Big Kon to either join VBD through a vignette, or in some fashion later in the schedule. One possibility that has been pointed out is at IMPACT’s Over Drive event on November 18, 2022.
