What Missing AEW Star Really Got Up To During Long Absence

Tony Khan Private Party AEW Tag Team Championship

A long-time missing AEW star has revealed what they really got up to during their unexplained absence from the company.

On the February 11th edition of AEW Dynamite, a three-way tag team match took place with the winners earning a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship at Revolution. The Young Bucks and The Rascalz were announced for the bout, but the final team in that match remained a surprise.

Everyone was stunned when the mystery team turned out to be former AEW World Tag Team Champions, Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen, Private Party.

The Young Bucks won the match, but the real story was Private Party’s return, after they had been shelved with no public explanation given for over a year.

Missing AEW Star Had A Great Time

Now, in a vlog, Isiah Kassidy has explained what he got up to during his long layoff from the company:

I’ve been really consistent in the gym and consistent with training too, that’s why I said I think I’m ready. I’ve been picking up books, I’ve been travelling the world, getting to see family, getting closer to God…just creating moments and memories.

Despite everything that was going on in my career, I had a great time, man. I didn’t let what was going on determine what I’m going to do outside of it. I still live my life. I still have a great time, I’m going to be honest.
