Vince McMahon Is “One Of The Greatest Stories In American History” Says WWE Hall Of Famer

A WWE Hall of Famer has commented on Vince McMahon.

Much of WWE’s success can be attributed to Vince McMahon. He took the WWE and turned it into a global sports entertainment empire that is worth billions. Despite his brilliant business acumen, McMahon was known for pushing the boundaries of what was acceptable.

This has landed him in several legal disputes over the years. While Vince McMahon always finds a way to win his lawsuits, the recent s**ual misconduct lawsuit filed by his former employee Janel Grant resulted in his ouster from the very same company he helped build. Since then, Vince has had to step away from the limelight. WWE Hall of Famer JBL has now given his thoughts on his former boss.

JBL believes the business world is better with Vince McMahon in it

Speaking on a recent edition of the Something to Wrestle podcast, JBL said that the business and entertainment world is better with Vince McMahon in it. JBL made it clear that his opinion is purely professional.

“I think the business world is better with Vince McMahon in it. I think the entertainment world is better with Vince McMahon in it. You can pick and choose whether you like him personally or not,” JBL said. “I’m just talking professionally. Is he good for business?”

JBL said that he took a small investment and turned it into a billion-dollar empire. He called it “one of the greatest stories in American history.”

“He took a $1 million investment and sold it for $9.3 billion. It’s one of the greatest stories in American history.”

JBL also commented on the possibility of Vince McMahon going back into business. He further added that he hopes Vince does something. The former WWE Champion even joked that Vince has no intention of slowing down, stating that he told him he was going to live forever.

“Would he be good at 81 to come back and do something? Hell yes, he would. I don’t know what. I have no idea. I don’t have any insight whatsoever. I just hope he does,” JBL said. [H/T WrestlingNewsCo]

The likelihood of Vince McMahon making a return to WWE or any professional wrestling company is slim. At 80 years of age, he might as well sit back and enjoy his wealth.
