Vince McMahon Has “Embraced” Triple H As WWE Head Of Creative

Vince McMahon Triple H

Vince McMahon stunned the wrestling world when he returned to WWE at the beginning of 2023 as Executive Chairman with many wondering how long it would be until McMahon’s fingerprints appeared all over the product once again.

The company has consistently noted that McMahon’s primary function since returning is to oversee media rights deals and a potential sale of WWE while the creative side of things is in the hands of Triple H.

But still, the whispers persist and when Vince McMahon returned backstage to Raw in Boston for the first time since he retired in July 2022, those whispers that he was trying to become more involved again grew louder.

Now WWE CEO Nick Khan has addressed McMahon’s role in the company while speaking to The Marchand and Ourand Sports Media Podcast, where he noted that McMahon has respected Triple H’s authority:

“Not that involved. Triple H, Paul Levesque, is the Head Of Creative. He was named the Head Of Creative in August. Vince has respected that, he’s embraced that. It’s also his son-in-law, as I’m sure you know, so they have their own dynamic. And from my point-of-view, things have been terrific for the past couple of months since Vince returned.”
