A Hall of Famer believes Triple H needs to sign a legend’s son to the WWE roster.

The current WWE roster is loaded with hundreds of wrestlers at different levels, and there are many of them who come from a wrestling family.

When it comes to The Bloodline stable featuring Roman Reigns, The Usos, and others, they have an incredible family heritage that goes back decades and will continue for decades to come.

The late, great WWE superstar Umaga (Eddie Fatu) passed away in 2009 at the age of 37 after a memorable run in WWE, first as a tag team wrestler, and later as “The Samoan Bulldozer” Umaga.

As the uncle of The Usos and Solo Sikoa, and the cousin of Roman Reigns, Umaga’s legacy in WWE lives on through moves he used, like the running hip attack against the turnbuckle.

Many wrestling fans are also familiar with Umaga’s son Zilla Fatu, who is 26 years old and started training as a wrestler under WWE Hall of Famer Booker T’s tutelage in 2022, and started wrestling all over the world in 2023.

Booker T Says Fans Want Triple H To Sign Zilla Fatu To WWE Contract

WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, wrestled Umaga many times and is obviously familiar with the family legacy. In an interview with Muscle Man Malcolm’s podcast, Booker T made it clear that Triple H absolutely needs to sign Zilla Fatu to the loaded WWE roster.

Booker spoke about a recent Reality of Wrestling event (Booker’s company in the Houston area) when NXT’s Ricky Saints wrestled Zilla, and Booker said that the fans wanted Zilla to join WWE NXT.

“But I tell you what, it was a great rub, though. Ricky Saints with Zilla Fatu. The fans were chanting, you know, Zilla Fatu at NXT and the NXT arena. And I was like, wow, I’m sitting there, you know, people like, like, you gotta be a kid, man. This is a kid who’s not even there. Who happened to sniff that stage yet. But the fans are so wanting it.

And I can’t wait for Zilla Fatu because I’m gonna tell you, he’s put in so much work over these last couple of years.”

In addition to ROW, Booker T has been the WWE NXT announcer for several years now, so it’s certainly possible that he could put in a word to Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and others running WWE NXT about how Zilla Fatu might be ready to join WWE.
