Top WWE Faction Officially Disbands On SmackDown
Ever since Triple H took control of WWE creative in 2022, the product saw some major changes in terms of on-screen storytelling, and one of the most visible ones was the return of factions.
WWE has seen a lot of factions under Triple H’s creative regime, and it’s not a surprise considering The Game was a part of three iconic factions himself. However, tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown saw one major faction disband on the show.
For the last few weeks, Solo Sikoa had been struggling to keep the MFTs on the same page, especially with Roman Reigns urging his former enforcer to come back into the Bloodline.
Solo Sikoa left alone on WWE SmackDown
However, Tama Tonga and Talla Tonga weren’t very enthusiastic about Solo going to war with Roman Reigns once again. They informed Solo that they don’t want him to do anything with the Bloodline, but he didn’t listen.
He even inadvertently cost them the WWE Tag Team Championships last week on Friday Night SmackDown, and that proved to be the final straw for the group, it seems.
Talla and Tama came to Solo backstage and informed him that they spoke to the elders and confirmed that they’re out of the MFTs, officially disbanding the group and leaving Sikoa to run solo.
