Tony Khan is all in on his acquisition of Renee Paquette for his All Elite Wrestling (AEW) roster.
Ever since their launch in 2019, AEW has brought in a lot of talent, including several top-level free agent superstars, and while making new additions, Tony Khan has made sure a team is placed around the roster. From hiring experienced acts to be producers, as well as putting high-profile commentators in place, Khan has built sustainability.
One of the latest acquisitions of All Elite Wrestling is Renee Paquette, who also happens to be the wife of Jon Moxley.
In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Tony Khan said:
“Working with her is such a great pleasure.”
Khan would go on to say:
“Renee is new to AEW, but she’s a very familiar face. She’s a consummate professional and brings so much knowledge and experience to our production backstage, and she’s brought her amazing presence to AEW TV. We’re very excited to have her … Her brain is so valuable for us to have backstage producing the shows.”
During her time in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), Paquette was involved in multiple roles, so with her now being in AEW, she brings a load of experience to the promotion.
