TKO Allegedly Targets Significant Change For Roman Reigns’ WWE Contract

Roman Reigns’ WWE contract has been a topic on the dirt sheets for a while. 

It was claimed that TKO will want The OTC to take a pay cut after his current contract expires, following WrestleMania 42.

Currently, he is making $15 Million a year but works an extremely limited schedule. However, his star power is immense, and his appearances sell tickets. However, does TKO care?

TKO does not care about Roman Reigns’ star power

On The Coach and Bro, a fan asked if TKO would actually make Roman Reigns take a pay cut when the contract is renewed. So, to that, Coachman first claimed that dirt sheets claim quite a bit, but they aren’t gospel, so it can just be another rumour. Nevertheless, both Vince Russo and he expressed that it is likely that TKO will ask Reigns to take a pay cut since he makes limited appearances.

Coachman: Now, do I think they want him to take a pay cut? Vince, there’s no question they want him to take a pay cut because he doesn’t work very much. And to TKO, he’s not as valuable as he is to the company because we know how big of a star he is. I don’t think TKO truly does.

Russo: I don’t either. And I don’t think they care either.

Coachman: That’s the bigger issue. Yeah, they don’t care. They don’t care. I don’t even care if, like, all the numbers were right in front of them and they said, “Yeah, he’s making this much.” I don’t think they care. I think they want to spend the least amount.

Previously, Roman Reigns had claimed that he would be around for a year or two after his current contract expires and, following that, move to a less physical form of entertainment.
