The Rock’s Right-Hand Man Tipped To Replace Triple H In WWE

Rumors indicate that The Rock and Triple H have creative tension in WWE.

Last year, around WrestleMania 41, HHH and Rock reportedly had a fallout after The Brahma Bull got involved in John Cena and Cody Rhodes’ storyline.

Since then, there have been many critics who have pointed out that HHH may eventually be removed from his position as CCO, as the TKO board might favor board member Rock.

Commenting on this hypothetical situation on the Master of Wrestling podcast, The Master Emir asked The Fixer Martin Stone if he thinks that if Triple H is removed, then Dwayne Johnson will replace him as the creative head of WWE.

The latter replied that Rock will not step in as WWE’s creative head, but instead would use his right-hand man, Brian Gewirtz, to replace HHH.

The Rock Has More Power In WWE Than Triple H

During the same podcast episode, Master Amir also asked The Fixer Martin Stone: Who has more power in WWE, Triple H or The Rock? He replied that The Great One has more power because he is a TKO board member.

If I’m correct in saying he [Triple H] was on the old board. Now he’s not. So, literally, he’s just a booker. He’s just a booker and a matchmaker.

So, okay, you might be able to position yourself to open the show, cut multiple promos and segments in the show, be on the posters and the uh the vignettes for WrestleMania and the pay-per-views and whatnot, but at the end of the day, you can make yourself as, you know, as much needed as you think you are.

Ultimately, one person could go, nah.

HHH used to be on the old board before the merger with Endeavor in September 2023.
