Stephanie Vaquer Shares Emotional Statement After Successful WWE Title Defense
Stephanie Vaquer is not celebrating boisterously after reclaiming her WWE Women’s World Championship.
If anything, she is more determined to hold on to the glory and add more days to her title reign.
On the February 2 taping of Raw, she faced The Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez in a Philadelphia Street Fight, with whom she had been feuding for a couple of months.
Earlier in the night, Rodriguez had warned her stablemate, Liv Morgan, against interfering in the match. However, not only Morgan, but also Roxanne Perez, made her presence known by the ringside.
The incident caused utter confusion, leading to “Big Sexy” getting sent through a table. Stephanie Vaquer then ended the match with her corkscrew moonsault finisher.
After the match, Morgan attacked the 32-year-old champion before posing with her title.
Stephanie Vaquer Vows To Keep Fighting
Stephanie Vaquer may potentially defend her Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 42.
Liv Morgan, the winner of the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble, has yet to decide which WWE Champion she would face at the Grandest Stage of Them All.
With the hope of testing the water, she even attended the SmackDown taping on February 6.
Elsewhere, Vaquer revealed what it meant for her to be a world champion.
I dreamed of being a champion long before I understood the price, but I always knew it was my destiny.
No one tells you that the title weighs heavier outside the ring than inside: lonely early mornings, endless travel, unseen pain, and thoughts that never quiet down.Being a champion isn’t about winning one night.
It’s about getting up every single day when giving up would be easier.I didn’t get here by luck.
I got here because, when it hurt the most, I chose not to let go of the dream. And as long as there’s fire in me, I’ll keep defending everything I’ve built. 👑🔥
