Stephanie McMahon Heaps Praise On WWE Hall Of Famer

Stephanie McMahon

Stephanie McMahon has a lot of love for a new WWE Hall of Famer.

Stephanie McMahon walked away from WWE in early 2023 after her father Vince McMahon forced his way back onto the company’s board of directors.

However, McMahon made her first WWE appearance in over a year when she attended the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony over WrestleMania 40 weekend. She appeared to be having fun at the event, even donning her famous ECW hat in a nod to Paul Heyman who was being inducted.

In a behind-the-scenes video shot by WWE ahead of the ceremony, McMahon paid tribute to Heyman and everything he’s achieved in wrestling.

I was talking to Paul [Levesque] and I said, ‘Can you imagine this kid used to break into Madison Square Garden just to take pictures and to try to sell them? Because he loved the business so much.’ And you told me all those stories and driving the wrong way down one-way streets. You know, but that’s how it happened.

And it’s just amazing, Paul. And what you created, and what you did on your own, and then what you’ve done and who you are, and your legacy – you’re such an icon. And it’s so amazing that we all get to pay tribute to you tonight.

Stephanie McMahon Picked A Side At WrestleMania

Just days after returning to WWE television at the Hall of Fame ceremony, McMahon opened night two of WrestleMania 40. It’s since been reported that the segment was listed as a Triple H promo internally, which made sure her appearance was kept secret.

The report stated that in doing the promo, Stephanie McMahon “picked a side” between Vince McMahon and WWE led by her husband Triple H.

Stephanie hasn’t commented publicly on the lawsuit featuring allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault against her father.
