Sycho Sid raises fist

A new report has claimed that the next inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2022 will be former WWE Champion Sid.

The first name to be announced for the WWE Hall Of Fame was The Undertaker, capping off a legendary 30-year career. WWE Chairman Vince McMahon revealed on The Pat McAfee Show that he will personally induct The Undertaker at the ceremony.

On March 7th, former three-time WCW World Champion Vader was revealed to be the second inductee. As well as having runs in NJPW and WCW, ‘The Mastodon’ was a dominant force in WWE from 1996 until 1998 and headlined SummerSlam in ’96 with Shawn Michaels.

Now, Andrew Zarian has potentially identified the next man to be honoured with a Hall of Fame induction as former WWE Champion Sid.

Whether you remember him as Sid Justice, Sid Vicious, or Sycho Sid, there is no question that Sid Eudy had a legendary career. In WWE he headlined both WrestleMania 8 against Hulk Hogan and WrestleMania 13 against The Undertaker and was a two-time WWE Champion.

Meanwhile, in WCW ‘The Master and Ruler of the World’ also claimed the WCW World Champion during his time in the company.

He last appeared on WWE TV during the 1000th episode of Raw on July 3rd, 2012 where he assisted Lita in taking down Heath Slater.
