Shawn Michaels Names Two NXT Stars That Could Headline WrestleMania

If Shawn Michaels says you’ve got what it takes to headline ‘The Showcase Of The Immortals’, there’s got to be something to it.

As well as doing it all inside the squared circle, ‘The Heartbreak Kid’ Shawn Michaels is now WWE’s Senior Vice President Of Talent Development Creative meaning he has a major hand in the goings on at NXT. With stars on the black and gold brand generally taking their fledgling steps in the WWE world, it’s certainly the place to hone their craft as they look to reach the upper echelons of the company.

In a discussion with Sportskeeda Wrestling, Michaels has commented on some of the new generation who he fully expects to be headline stars on the main roster.

Now this is about the generation of a Bron Breakker, Julius and Brutus Creed, Tiffany Stratton. We have a number of young men and women that are coming through NXT that are going to be huge, huge superstars on the main roster.

Continuing on, Shawn Michaels singled out two current NXT superstars who he feels have the potential to go on and headline WrestleMania in the future.

I don’t think anybody is gonna be surprised if they see Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes headlining a WrestleMania someday in the very near future.

On the most recent edition of NXT, Bron Breakker picked up a loss to Ilja Dragunov, in a match to determine the number one contender to Carmelo Hayes’ NXT Championship.
