Seth Rollins Blasts WWE Hall Of Famer For Telling Lies

Seth Rollins doesn’t appreciate a WWE Hall of Famer telling lies about him.

In his first WWE match since suffering a shoulder injury in October 2025, Seth Rollins lost to Gunther at WrestleMania 42 in what was an outstanding match between two former WWE World Champions.

Rollins had a legit excuse, though, because he lost to Gunther partly because of Bron Breakker showing up and attacking Rollins during the match.

That attack by Breakker, who was out for months with an injury himself, has led to Rollins and Breakker setting up a match at Backlash on May 9th.

This past Monday, on the final WWE Raw before Backlash, Breakker did a sneak attack on Rollins and got the advantage going into their big grudge match.

During an interview on ESPN Get Up, Rollins credited Breakker for the cheap attack.

“Monday was not great, Monday did not go well for me. I was making an entrance, I got blindsided from behind, then I got speared. I tried to come out later, I got speared again. He was on fire. I will give him credit, he came out shooting his shot, he’s trying to get it done.

You know what the worst part of (getting speared) is? It’s when you see it coming and you realize there’s just nothing you can do. That is a full-size man coming full speed at you, and you’ve just got to brace and take it.

Tomorrow night, I get him in the ring in a match, so he can’t get me from behind. The bell is going to ring and I’ve got five, six, seven, eight, ten times more experience than he does. I think we’ll be alright once the bell rings.”

Seth Rollins Claims He’s Just Getting Started

After being shown a clip of Breakker’s manager, Paul Heyman, talking about how Backlash will be the end of Rollins, the Architect responded to it by calling out Heyman for being a liar.

“Oh Paul, come on now. You’ve told some lies in your life, you don’t really believe half the things that come out of your mouth.

I know you don’t believe 100% of that I just saw come out of your mouth. The end of Seth Rollins? Sir, I am just getting started.

I’ve got WrestleMania main events in the future lined up for me. Bron Breakker, he’s going to be your cash cow? Paulie, he ain’t ready, baby.” (H/T Wrestletalk)
