Roman Reigns’ Cousin Vows To Slap CM Punk After Controversial WWE RAW Remark

CM Punk’s cheap dig at Roman Reigns has not sat well with a member of the Anoa’i family.

On March 2, Reigns made a rare WWE appearance one month after he was last seen on the flagship show, Raw.

Before the Original Tribal Chief could speak what was on his mind, he was interrupted by his WrestleMania 42 opponent and the World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk.

Reigns’ February 2 appearance saw their first face-off after the Royal Rumble become heated, and Monday night was no different.

While referring to Punk by his real name, ‘Phil,’ the 40-year-old called him a liar and vowed to put him on a retirement tour after the Show of Shows.

Reigns said that Punk would then be sent to NXT to teach the next generation of wrestlers everything he had learnt, and when those NXT wrestlers would come on the main roster, Reigns would still be there to smash them.

CM Punk was not impressed by Roman Reigns demeaning his WWE accomplishments.

Just when Reigns was about to leave the ring, Punk pulled him back. The 47-year-old then said that he won’t let Reigns disrespect him.

Punk vowed to bury Reigns at WrestleMania. However, what he said next triggered a reaction not only from Reigns but also from Zilla Fatu, the son of the late Umaga.

Punk said that he would bury Roman next to his father, Sika, who passed away in 2024.

Zilla Fatu was reacting to the Raw episode on a livestream and was unhappy with what The Second City Saint said.
