Top WWE Star Issues Interesting Statement Following RAW; Paige Reacts
Paige has reacted to a confident remark made by a fellow WWE superstar.
Ever since Paige returned at WrestleMania 42 to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles with Brie Bella, the team has been the definition of fighting champions.
Paige and Brie have beaten The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend) twice, Giulia & Kiana James, and The Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez.
Winning that many matches in a month in WWE is impressive, considering some champions only have one match per month, while others have even less.
At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event this past weekend, Paige & Brie beat The Irresistible Forces for a second time when Paige got a sunset flip on Jax as Brie put her foot on Paige’s butt for an assist. The referee never saw it, so Paige was able to pin Jax to win the match.
On the May 25th edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, Bayley & Lyra Valkyria got the win over Rodriguez & Perez after Bayley got the rollup pin on Perez.
Writing on social media, Bayley called her team with Valkyria the best.
I’m just gonna say it. Without a shadow of a doubt, the best women’s tag team in all of wrestling. Pound for pound.
Clearly, Paige didn’t agree because she responded with a photo of Brie and herself as the Women’s Tag Team Champions, which is her not-so-subtle way of saying that her team is the best.

Paige Considers WWE To Be Home
The former WWE Divas Champion Paige told Stephanie McMahon on her podcast that she’s wanted to return ot WWE since her last match (in AEW) about two years earlier.
“Two years ago (her last match). The whole time I’ve been thinking about just coming back to WWE, that’s all I wanted and to wrestle again.
“Because at the Royal Rumble people thought I was coming back then. They were going crazy thought I was gonna be number 30. I was like, ‘The interest is still there.’ It’s a great feeling… It was in my head (that people might not care).”
On the Wrestlemania 42 post-show, Paige talked about how being back in WWE feels like home to her.
It’s the place where she became a household name as a teenager, and now, as a 33-year-old who has overcome a lot, she appreciates the love that the fans have shown her since she returned to the company.
“100%. WWE is my home. I was raised her. I’ve been here since I was 18 years old, and I’ll be 34 this year. I’m a WWE girl forever.
I didn’t know how anyone was going to react. I forgot how big WrestleMania is. Oh my God—I couldn’t see the end of the crowd. It was magical, surreal, I forgot how to skip at one point.”
What isn’t known is when Paige & Brie Bella will defend their titles again. However, there are a number of worthy opponents like the aforementioned teams, like Bayley & Lyra Valkyria, The Irresistible Forces, The Judgment Day, Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss, and numerous others.
