With Jeff Hardy currently sidelined from action following addiction issues, his brother Matt Hardy has claimed that Jeff’s future will become clear soon.

Jeff Hardy was arrested on 13th June 2022 for an offense of driving under the influence. A full report from Volusia County jail records then confirmed that he was charged with Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years.

With it later being reported that Jeff Hardy was four times over the legal limit at the time of his arrest, he was suspended by AEW and placed in to a treatment program to help with his addiction.

Since that point Jeff’s brother Matt Hardy’s appearance haven’t been particularly frequent, which has been picked up on by some fans. However, responding to one post on social media saying they were disappointed he wasn’t going to be a part of All Out, Matt Hardy has confirmed that he should have a more definitive direction soon, as they are expecting an update on the future for his brother.

It’s all good, @realcoachrosey. Tonight’s #AEWAllOut is gonna be an epic PPV. It’s a stacked @AEW
card. We’re getting close to learning my brother’s future, so I’ll be taking a definitive direction soon. I’m extremely excited to get on a path so I can haul & kick ass.

Shortly after Jeff’s arrest, Matt Hardy said it was “disheartening” that his brother was once again struggling, and that he would do everything he could to support him.
