According to a new report from Fightful Select, McIntyre is scheduled for WrestleMania and time has been added to his deal due to injury and inactivity.

Sources close to McIntyre have confirmed that conversations have taken place between the two sides, and it appears they want a deal done, although one is yet to be agreed. His contract is believed to be up “soon.”

“WWE sources” indicated that the Scottish star remains well respected within the company by both talent and staff.
