According to a new report, fans won’t have to wait much longer to see Randy Orton back in action.

The Viper has been out of the ring for well over a year, but multiple reports have now hinted that he’s zeroing in on a comeback.

After being written off television it was reported that Orton was struggling with a back injury that had been getting increasingly worse. Although both the star and WWE initially hoped to avoid surgery, he eventually went under the knife as speculation swirled suggesting his career hung in the balance.

Thankfully, Orton has come out the other side of the surgery determined to get back in the ring, although his father revealed doctors warned against it.

Following the star being spotted at the WWE Performance Center reports emerged that he could return at Survivor Series on November 25th. Meanwhile, Wrestle Votes has backed up these comments, writing that the return is happening.

“Regarding the Randy Orton return rumors, source states new merchandise & branding has been approved. Also, WWE will present a large social media promotion / digital material for the comeback. It’s indeed happening. Likely Survivor Series or that weekend.”

When Did Randy Orton Last Wrestle In WWE?

Randy Orton hasn’t wrestled since teaming with Matt Riddle on the May 20th, 2022 edition of Friday Night SmackDown. On the show, RK-Bro lost the Raw Tag Team Titles to The Usos, before taking a beating from The Bloodline after the bell.

The attack was used to write Orton off television.
