Logan Paul is a busy guy that’s been a rising star in WWE, but he’s also planning a return to the boxing ring later this year.
While Logan Paul prepares for a huge match at WWE SummerSlam next weekend, it has been announced that he will have a boxing match in October as well.
It has been reported by Marc Raimondi of ESPN that Logan Paul will have a boxing match on October 14th. An opponent has been decided, but there hasn’t been an announcement yet about who that opponent will be.
What we do know is that the event will take place in Manchester, England. It’s going to be called The Prime Card and be available as a pay-per-view on DAZN. Logan Paul’s business partner KSI will also be part of the show, but they won’t be fighting eachother.
Logan Paul commented on the fight to ESPN.
“I’m f—ing pumped, man. It’s been so long since I had a boxing fight and I feel like I’ve kind of been left out of the conversation. But I don’t train wrestling, I train boxing.”
The last time Paul had a boxing match was on June 6th, 2021 when he went to an eight-round draw against the legendary Floyd Mayweather Jr. in a match that was an unscored exhibition bout.
SummerSlam Will Feature Logan Paul Match
Logan Paul may be excited about his boxing match in October, but before he gets there he has a match with Ricochet at WWE SummerSlam next Saturday, August 5th. Paul hasn’t won a WWE match since last year’s SummerSlam against The Miz. Paul has lost singles matches against Roman Reigns and Seth “Freakin” Rollins while also failing to win the Royal Rumble and Money in the Bank matches.
August 5th could be a very busy day for Logan Paul because his brother Jake Paul has a boxing match that night as well with Logan saying he’s going to do everything he can to make it to Jake’s fight. That’s why Logan wants to open up SummerSlam next Saturday night.
