Liv Morgan’s WWE WrestleMania Opponent Potentially Revealed

Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan won the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble to earn a title match at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. But her road to victory wasn’t clean.

To win the Women’s Rumble match, Morgan had to betray her own Judgment Day partner, Raquel Rodriguez. The crowd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, saw Liv toss Raquel out of the ring while Raquel was busy eliminating Rhea Ripley from the match.

Following the elimination, Raquel appeared visibly shocked and frustrated. Despite what happened during the Women’s Royal Rumble match, Liv believes there are no hard feelings between her and Raquel.

Also, Raquel already has a title shot coming up on an episode of Monday Night Raw, where she is set to face Stephanie Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship.

Liv said on Royal Rumble post-show, “So I know Raquel Rodriguez better than anyone else on this planet, and if I know Raquel, she is not a selfish human being. She is the number one contender for the Women’s World Championship, and now I have an opportunity to win a championship as well. I’m sure she’s so happy for me because a win for one in The Judgment Day is a win for all.”

Liv Morgan Will Face Raquel Rodriguez at WrestleMania 42

According to Sam Roberts, Raquel will defeat Stephanie to win the title on Raw this week and then go on to put her title on the line against the Royal Rumble winner, Liv Morgan, at WrestleMania.

Sam Roberts said on the latest edition of the Notsam Wrestling podcast:
I think Raquel’s getting that title on Monday. I think Raquel Rodriguez is getting the women’s world championship. And I think your WrestleMania match is Liv Morgan versus Raquel 100%. I think that’s where we’re going. And I’m I’m all for it. I’m all for it. I think it’s good stuff. (From 23:39)
