Liv Morgan and her Judgment Day stablemate, Roxanne Perez, were attacked on WWE Raw this week.

Perez officially returned to television on the March 30 episode of Monday Night Raw at Madison Square Garden after being away since early February.

She showed up during Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer’s brawl segment, where she attacked Vaquer from behind. Morgan and Perez then assaulted Vaquer two-on-one, where Morgan delivered an Oblivion onto Vaquer onto a steel chair.

On this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez were seen in a backstage segment talking to each other. Morgan was thanking Perez for helping her against Stephanie last week.

Then suddenly, out of nowhere, Vaquer blindsided the duo. She shoved Morgan directly onto Perez, and the two bumped heads. The sound of the impact was very much audible on the broadcast.

Stephanie Vaquer then picked up Morgan and threw her onto the television that was kept on the side. Following Raw, many expressed their concern over Morgan and Perez getting legitimately hurt after violently clashing heads.

WWE Has Put Liv Morgan And Roxanne Perez In Concussion Protocol

Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez recently provided an update, reporting that the two stars have been placed in concussion protocol. Liv Morgan is set to challenge Stephanie McMahon for the Women’s World Championship, and a potential concussion could put her WrestleMania match in danger.

“Both Liv and Roxanne in concussion protocol after they clonked skulls HARD when Stephanie jumped Liv from behind. Hopefully we didn’t just witness a disaster affecting WrestleMania,” Alvarez reported.

For those who don’t know, Roxanne Perez was absent from WWE TV for around two months because she had to undergo surgery to remove a benign mass from her back.

She revealed on her TikTok account that she had been dealing with the mass in her back, which caused her significant pain for several months. She underwent the surgery in mid-February 2026 and had to go through intensive rehabilitation before making her return to television.
