Has John Cena just confirmed The Undertaker will be at NXT?

A big night of wrestling action awaits fans as WWE and AEW have stacked the shows for the 10th of October as NXT is set to go head-to-head with Dynamite in a one-night resurrection of the Wednesday Night Wars.

AEW is promoting Dynamite as a “Title Tuesday” special with two titles on the line. Hikaru Shida will challenge Saraya for the AEW Women’s Title while Jon Moxley will attempt to reclaim the AEW International Championship from Rey Fenix. In addition, Adam Copeland will have his first AEW match when he takes on Luchasaurus.

NXT on the other hand will feature main roster stars in Asuka and The Brawling Brutes in action while Cody Rhodes is slated to make a massive announcement while John Cena and Paul Heyman will be in Carmelo Hayes and Bron Breakker’s respective corners for the bout between the former NXT Champions.

WWE seemed to raise the stakes even further when they showed an NXT commercial that played The Undertaker’s trademark gong at the end, signalling that the WWE Hall of Famer might be making an appearance.

John Cena has now added to the speculation surrounding the man who defeated him at WrestleMania 34 by taking to social media to post his own image of The Undertaker.

The Undertaker last appeared on WWE television on the 30th anniversary special episode of Monday Night Raw in January 2023. The Phenom confronted LA Knight before seemingly giving Bray Wyatt his own seal of approval.
