The Judgment Day kicked Finn Balor out of the group on WWE Raw.

On last week’s Raw episode, Dominik Mysterio defended his Intercontinental Championship against Penta and ended up losing the match. During the match, JD McDonagh tried to help Dominik. However, Balor insisted that JD and the others should let Dominik fight his own battles instead of interfering.

This week on WWE Raw in Seattle, Dominik confronted Balor and blamed him for losing the title, saying that Balor refused to let him cheat during the match. The confrontation quickly turned hostile when Balor told Dominik that he needed to grow up and learn to fight his own battles. Balor even called him a “spoiled little b****.”

After hearing those words, Dominik snapped and slapped Balor across the face. Balor attempted to retaliate, but JD McDonagh suddenly intercepted him with a massive clothesline, officially turning on Balor.

The rest of the group, including Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, then joined in and attacked Balor in the middle of the ring. Dominik struck Balor in the head with the ring hammer and delivered a 619 to Balor’s face. Dominik then followed it up with two frog splashes. During the second splash, JD McDonagh held a steel chair over Balor’s chest to do more damage.

Why JD McDonagh Chose Dominik Mysterio Over Finn Balor

Following Raw, JD McDonagh went on Instagram to explain why he chose to turn on Finn Balor and side with Dominik Mysterio. McDonagh claimed that Balor had been lying to the group and had become increasingly egotistical, trying to establish himself as the sole leader of the faction by stepping over the rest of them, which he didn’t like.

JD wrote, “What happened tonight was your choice, Finn. Nobody else’s. You lied to all of us. You got an ego. You wanted to be the leader. That’s never been what the Judgment Day has been all about and you used to know that. Judgment Day is my family and if anybody, even you, dares to try to step on any of them, you get stomped out.”
