Huge Chris Jericho Appearance Announced Amid WWE Return Rumours
Chris Jericho is making waves as rumours ramp up over his wrestling future and a return to WWE.
Chris Jericho has not been seen in AEW since April 2025 when he lost the ROH World Championship to Bandido. As the length of his absence continued to grow, so did the unrest over his future in Tony Khan’s company. So much so, that many fans now believe he is definitely ready to make his return to WWE.
Chris Jericho poured fuel on those rumours with his comments about some AEW shows, and it’s believed that his contract with Tony Khan’s company came to an end at the start of 2026. Although, he is still listed on the AEW roster page, unlike Powerhouse Hobbs whose profile has been removed when his own deal came to an end.
There has still been no sign of Jericho in WWE as of yet, but he’s still keeping himself very busy.
Chris Jericho Announces US Tour
Taking to social media, Jericho announced that his band Fozzy will be touring the USA in May:
USA you didn’t think @FOZZYROCK would leave you hanging, did you?! We’re BACK on tour and ready to ROCK the USA this May 2026 for our ‘Twisted Faith Tour’

That tour comes on the back of a UK tour for Fozzy that is set to take place in February 2026. But with both tours lasting a matter of days than months, that leaves plenty of time for Jericho to get back in the ring between his rock ‘n’ roll commitments.
