Gunther Destroys AJ Styles’ WWE Partner On RAW; Medical Help Requested

WWE Royal Rumble 2026 was an emotional night for AJ Styles and his fans as The Phenomenal One retired from the promotion at the same event he made his debut at 10 years back.

Styles put his career on the line against Gunther at the show in Saudi Arabia, but was choked out by the Ring General, which ended his 10-year stay with the Stamford-based promotion.

He tortured the WWE Universe once again tonight on Monday Night RAW as he came out to Styles’ music before laughing his way to the ring. Just like he did with John Cena, he proceeded to disrespect AJ Styles as well.

However, the disrespect did not sit well with Styles’ former tag team partner, Dragon Lee. He came out to the ring and confronted Gunther but ultimately was knocked out by the Ring General.

Lee took the fight to Gunther and gained the upper hand for a short while but Gunther knocked him out with the ring bell before choking him out, which led to medical personnel tending to Lee.
