A former WWE name ended up on the losing side in a big crossover match at the Forbidden Door 2026 pay-per-view. The star in discussion is Mistico (fka Sin Cara).
The Forbidden Door 2026 event kicked off with an action-packed three-way tag team match. The Young Bucks took on the team of Shingo Takagi and Titan, as well as Mistico (fka Sin Cara) and Mascara Dorada of the El Sky Team.
Mascara and Mistico had recently captured the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championship. The El Sky Team was looking to make an impact in this huge crossover tag team bout between AEW, ROH, NJPW, and CMLL.
Ex-WWE star suffered defeat at Forbidden Door 2026
The ex-WWE star, Misitico (fka Sin Cara) and his tag team partner, Mascara Dorada had a great showing in the amazing three-way tag encounter against The Young Bucks and the duo of Shingo Takagi and Titan.
Towards the end of a great match, Mistico was out of the match, as he was lying at the ring side before his partner, Mascara Dorada was also taken out. The Young Bucks took advantage, as they pinned Titan to pick up the win.
