A televised AEW debut has been confirmed for a former WWE producer, who competed in an untelevised match for the company earlier this year.

Pat Buck, who currently serves as AEW’s Vice President of Talent Development, has been announced as appearing on the 18th April 2023 edition of Dark. He’ll be competing in a singles match against ‘Rock Hard’ Juice Robinson.

Buck is known for his time as a producer in WWE, and is credited as working on the WrestleMania 38 main event. He joined AEW in April 2022 following his release from WWE. So far his only in-ring AEW appearance was an untelevised match against QT Marshall at a House Rules event.

In total seven matches have been announced for tonight’s edition of Dark, and will feature the likes of former IMPACT Wrestling competitor Rohit Raju in tag team action, as well as a singles match between ‘The Fallen Angel’ Christopher Daniels and Angelico.

The full card for the 18th April 2023 edition of Dark is as follows:

  • Juice Robinson vs. Pat Buck
