Ex-WWE Champion Reveals Whether He Really Hates Triple H After Controversial Comments
Ex-WWE Champion Maven recently made a controversial comment regarding Triple H, stating that he hates him.
On June 5, Maven shared a video on his YouTube channel titled ‘Why I Hate Triple H.’ He explained in the video that Hunter shut down conversations about pushing him during WWE creative meetings when he was a part of the company.
The YouTube video’s controversial title made a lot of buzz in the wrestling world, which is exactly the outcome Maven wanted.
Maven Doesn’t Hate Triple H
In a new interview with Wrestling Life Online, Maven was asked about the video and the reason why he hates HHH. He replied that he doesn’t actually hate the WWE CCO, but used the controversial title just to draw in more views.
The 3-time WWF Hardcore Champion stated that a good title and thumbnail are crucial to make a YouTube video go viral, and that is why he used ‘Why I Hate Triple H’ instead of ‘My Honest Opinions Of Triple H.’ He said that the second one wouldn’t have gotten as many views as the first one did.
Maven admitted that earlier he didn’t know what difference a good thumbnail and title can make, but later realized it after he saw the views and money rolling in.
Anybody that’s in the content creation space understands just how much heavy lifting a good thumbnail and a good title can truly do. I don’t hate Triple H. But the title sure did some heavy lifting in that video.
That video doesn’t perform as well if I title it, ‘My Honest Opinions Of Triple H.’ That video is sitting at maybe 100,000 views, if that’s the case. My hats off to Zach for knowing how to title, how to thumbnail a video.
I remember when we first started, I would be like, ‘Man, is he ever gonna make me look half decent in any of these thumbnails? Then I started seeing the views and subsequently the money that came behind that. I’m like, ‘You make me look as dumb as you need. That’s perfectly fine.’”
