Drew McIntyre Suffers A Second Attack On WWE SmackDown

The Undisputed WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre, had a tough night tonight in Charlotte, North Carolina, as he was attacked twice on the same show. He was set to open the show tonight, but couldn’t make it down the ring.

He was ambushed by Cody Rhodes, who was furious with McIntyre after he had eliminated him from the Royal Rumble this past weekend. Drew had earlier interfered in Rhodes’s brawl with Jacob Fatu as well.

After Fatu cost Rhodes the Undisputed WWE Championship, both of them were set to face each other at last month’s Saturday Night’s Main Event, but ended up brawling with each other before Drew McIntyre attacked them both.

Drew McIntyre attacked on WWE SmackDown once again tonight

McIntyre was irate after being ambushed by Rhodes earlier in the night, and he made his way to the ring to finally address the WWE Universe. He managed to reach the ring this time but couldn’t address the crowd.

Before he could get in a word, Drew was ambushed once again tonight as Jacob Fatu attacked him as he looked for payback from the Scottish Psychopath. Fatu has targeted Drew ever since he returned to the promotion.

Fatu believes that it was McIntyre who attacked him, which led to his long absence from WWE, and also attacked him for getting involved in his brawl with Cody Rhodes.
