CM Punk Screws Drew McIntyre Again On WWE Raw

CM Punk WWE Raw

CM Punk was at it again on WWE Raw one night after screwing Drew McIntyre out of the World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania 40.

Since CM Punk suffered a serious injury at the Royal Rumble, Drew McIntyre has trolled him relentlessly and that continued when the Scottish star defeated Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40 with Punk watching on.

However, McIntyre flew a little too close to the sun as he gesticulated a certain two words best spouted by DX in Punk’s face while standing on the announce table. Punk swept McIntyre’s leg and then nailed him with his arm brace before blowing a kiss to McIntyre’s wife.

Damian Priest finally found his way to the ring when a champion had been taken out and cashed in his Money In The Bank contract. Priest nailed Drew McIntyre with a South of Heaven chokeslam to win the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time in his career.

CM Punk Strikes Twice On WWE Raw

On the Raw after WrestleMania, Drew McIntyre was less than pleased at the outcome of WrestleMania and found himself part of a four-way match to find a number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship that he held for just over five minutes.

McIntyre was up against Bronson Reed – who won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, Jey Uso – who defeated Jimmy Uso at WrestleMania, and Ricochet in the match. The Scottish star looked set to his his Claymore but CM Punk appeared from under the ring to grab his leg leaving him at the mercy of Jey Uso.

Uso nailed McIntyre with a super kick before hitting an Uso Splash to pick up the win, guaranteeing himself a shot at Damian Priest in the future.
