Charlotte Flair Breaks Silence After Shocking WWE Twist: “Revenge Is In My Future”

Charlotte Flair suffered a major upset on the May 1 edition of Friday Night SmackDown.

Flair faced Jacy Jayne in her SmackDown debut. Flair came very close to picking up the win, but interference from Jayne’s stablemates Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid allowed Jayne to capitalize and secure the victory.

Following the match, Fatal Influence launched an attack on Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. Moments later, WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley came out to even the odds and save them.

Flair later appeared on ESPN’s SportsCenter, where she addressed the loss. She admitted she was upset but vowed to get revenge, while also praising Fatal Influence for their recent growth in WWE:

Here’s the thing. Nobody likes to lose, even if it’s three-on-one. However, I am the 14-time women’s champion. That means I’ve lost 13 times, but I’ve always come back better and stronger.
