Liv Morgan announced her pick of the champion she would face at WWE WrestleMania in some fashion.

Not only did she put on theatrics in front of Stephanie Vaquer and Jade Cargill, but she viciously attacked the Chilean superstar, choosing her as her opponent at the Showcase of the Immortals.

The 31-year-old spent the second half of 2025 on the shelf after injuring her shoulder during a match against Kairi Sane in June. At the time, she was being written into a feud against WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella. However, her injury forced the creative team to pivot.

After undergoing surgery and rehabilitation, Liv Morgan returned at Survivor Series: WarGames, attacking John Cena during his title defense against her on-screen beau, Dominik Mysterio.

Morgan won the women’s Royal Rumble match in January for the first time after 9 attempts.

Liv Morgan Invites Britney Spears To WWE WrestleMania 42

Liv Morgan would love to have Britney Spears at WrestleMania 42.

Despite being a two-day event, WrestleMania has become somewhat of a festive season, spanning week-long media events and meet-and-greets.

The show is also a way for entertainers to push their presence on the global front, with the entire world glued to the TV screens across two evenings.

During a recent appearance on the RAWTALK PODCAST, Liv Morgan was asked if there was any celebrity with whom she would like to share the WrestleMania spotlight.

Morgan explained how the two-night event was a great time for wrestling to cross over with other ventures.

Everyone wants to go to WrestleMania. Actors, musicians, entertainers — everyone wants to be there. I think it’s because everyone wants to be involved. So it’s cool, you know? You want to be involved and bring more eyes to our audience and vice versa. We have this cool collaboration where everyone’s winning. I don’t care if celebrities come to WWE. You know what I mean?

She then said she would love it if Britney Spears attended the show.

I’m such a Britney fan. Can you imagine Britney Spears showing up to Monday Night Raw or WrestleMania? She’s so iconic. In my mind, she can do no wrong. I’m so happy for her — she’s just living her life. I would love to mix it up with Britney. That would be crazy. Iconic. [H/T: Ringside News]
